To claim credit for this online educational program, physician learners are required to register on this Website and to complete all of the 12 learning modules.
Once the above steps are completed, the Website automatically prompts physician learners to the “My CME Profile” page. After completing of all modules, the physician learner is provided the option to download the certificate. Physician learners should Save/Print their certificate. The certificate is the record of participation in the learning module.
